- Start with smallest objective magnification.
- Bring the table as high as possible.
- Put the condensator light as low as possible (otherwise you will have too much light).
- Than use the knob to bring the table lower to find focus.
- Move to higher objective magnification.
- Use oil for 100x magnification.
- When using this highest magnification, bring the condensator higher.
