Molecular typing course, Lyon June 30th - July 5th, 2014

- An ESCMID course on typing.

- The course started with general introduction why we need typing. Then, it was continued with what techniques are available. As the course was advanced, the examples from real practice were given. 

- There were practical sessions on basic things such as isolation of DNA, PCR, PFGR, microarray and the use of surveillance softwares.
