- IgG of Epstein Barr virus can be monoclonal too.
- T-cell has less variation thatn B-cell.
- Sequence of the bands and comparing with the database.
- VDJ recombination, looking at Junction (J, which is unique).
- Somatic hypermutation:
- more than 1 mutation
- for example: VH23 hypermutation; unmutated is more aggresive (< 2 % (hypermutation--> more mature -- > more indolent vs. younger --> more aggresive)
- vs. myeloma (already selected)
