Increased: non pathophysiologic (high altitude, smoker)
Trombocytes
Increased: infection, inflammation,iron deficit, post splenectomy, when increased continually think of chronic myeloid leukemia and essentia trombocytemia
Idiopathic trombocytopenia purpura
Often insidious onset after infection

CD61=GPIIIa
Leukocytes
Increased: infection, septic shock, burn, autoimmune disease, corticosteroid use
Fibrinogen
Increased: non-specific (it is an acute phase protein), increased in inflammation, post-surgery
