S. aureus
- disk diffusion for vancomycin is not reliable.
- MLS: D-test:erythrocmycin resistance that is taken over to clindamycin (susceptible)
CPE
- Enterobacteriaceae (so, not Pseudomonas!!)
- Combination of meropenem and temocillin.
MBL
- Imipenem and imipinem with EDTA.
